Pendragon Film Project

The Pendragon novel has no connection with the film project. Back in 2003 Stuart decided he would write some Arthurian short stories, which would include some of the group's own ideas about Arthur, the legends and the historical period that he may have lived in. Then around 2007 he decided to turn the short stories into a novel. Although, the idea was to include particular elements of Arthurian legend the story takes place in the historical setting of 5th century Britain and was started from a timeline of historical events.

Stuart has now collected many different ideas and written two drafts for the first novel. The Introduction listed below was compiled by members of this site. You can now read and early draft of Chapter 8. You can also read extracts from The Jewel of Yenis here.

(Please be aware that some of the themes and language used in the novel may be considered unsuitable for children)
