Episode 11/13 ~ The Labyrinth Of Gedref (29th November 2008)

Plot ~ Prince Arthur goes out hunting, kills a unicorn and returns to Camelot a hero. However, Merlin is not so pleased by the death of a magical being. 

Not long after Arthur and Merlin return home it is discovered that Camelot's crops have died and that the water supply has turned to sand. Then the mysterious Anhora (Frank Finlay) arrives in Camelot and tells Arthur and Merlin that the death of the unicorn has brought a curse on Camelot. 

Anhora informs Arthur that he must complete several challenges to rid the kingdom of the curse. The Prince unknowingly passes the first by allowing one of his subjects grain from the stores even though there is little food. As a result of this success water returns to the kingdom.

Arthur then fails the next test when he is provoked into a fight. Merlin finds out from Anhora that Arthur's only hope is to  meet the challenge of the labyrinth of Gedref. So can the Prince find a way to lift the curse or will Merlin's eagerness to help put them both in mortal danger?
