published on 6 July 1828. It is currently owned by the Barclay brothers, who
also own The Daily Telegraph. Its principal subject areas are politics and
culture.
Mr. Showbiz.com was one of the first
entertainment-related sites but was cancelled apparently because of bad ratings.
The Film Stage was created by University of
Buffalo film production majors Jordan Raup and Daniel Mecca in the Fall of 2008.
InterFilms.co.uk is an online film guide and
movie search engine, with access to an extensive movie database, film star
biographies, film memorabilia, cinema guides and movie DVDs.
MovieMaker is an American magazine focused on the
art and business of making movies with a special emphasis on independent film.
Roger Joseph Ebert (born June 18, 1942) is an
American film critic and screenwriter. Forbes has described him as "the most
powerful pundit in America". Despite a dislike for film lists, Ebert revealed
his top ten for the Sight & Sound critics poll.
Rolling Stone is a United States magazine devoted
to music, politics, and popular culture that is published every two weeks.
Rolling Stone was founded in San Francisco in 1967 by Jann Wenner (who is still
editor and publisher) and music critic Ralph J. Gleason.
The A.V. Club is an entertainment newspaper and
website published by The Onion. It comes included with the print editions of The
Onion, and maintains its own separate website.
Maxim is an international men's magazine based in
the United Kingdom and known for its revealing pictorials featuring popular
actresses, singers, and female models.
A now defunct site which review movies and had a
number contributors who moved to www.thependragon.co.uk.

Metacritic is a website that collates reviews of
music albums, games, movies, TV shows and DVDs. For each product, a numerical
score from each review is obtained and the total is averaged.
The Los Angeles Daily News, also known as the
Daily News of Los Angeles, is the second largest circulating daily newspaper of
